1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using NOVIRAX0 ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

NOVIRAX0 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We will notify users of any material changes via email or prominent notice on our website.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NOVIRAX0 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business email management purposes.

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Service Description and Availability

3.1 Service Nature

NOVIRAX0 provides professional email management services, including but not limited to email organization, response drafting, calendar management, and analytics reporting.

3.2 Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, NOVIRAX0 makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service and is not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

3.3 Service Modifications

NOVIRAX0 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any portion thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Pricing changes will not apply to existing subscriptions during the current billing period.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize NOVIRAX0 to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate.

4.3 Free Trial

New customers are eligible for a 7-day free trial with full access to our Starter plan features. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.4 Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We offer a 7-day free trial so you can experience our service before committing.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at novirax0@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of your subscription.

5.2 Termination by NOVIRAX0

NOVIRAX0 may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately and without notice if: (a) you breach any term of this Agreement; (b) you engage in any illegal or harmful activity; (c) we determine your account poses a risk to our operations; or (d) you fail to pay fees.

5.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your data and account information after 30 days, except where required by law to maintain records.

6. Data and Confidentiality

6.1 Data Access

By using NOVIRAX0, you grant us access to your email accounts as necessary to provide the Service. We treat all client data with strict confidentiality and maintain industry-standard security measures.

6.2 Confidentiality

NOVIRAX0 agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client emails, communications, and business information accessed through our Service. All team members sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements).

6.3 Data Security

We implement end-to-end encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge the inherent risks of electronic communications.

6.4 Data Retention

We retain access logs and account information for compliance purposes. Upon cancellation, your data will be securely deleted within 30 days unless required by law to maintain records.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOVIRAX0 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF NOVIRAX0 FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NOVIRAX0 IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Basis

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NOVIRAX0 MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

NOVIRAX0 does not warrant that: (a) the Service will meet your requirements; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (c) any defects will be corrected; or (d) the Service is free from viruses or harmful code.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activities or violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing emails, or malicious content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other individuals
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Attempt to access unauthorized portions of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate or misrepresent yourself or your affiliation
• Violate intellectual property rights of others

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, design, and materials, are owned by NOVIRAX0, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and NOVIRAX0 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
